Customer Alert: Caller ID Spoofing is an imitation tactic when a fraudster deliberately falsifies the caller ID display to disguise their identity and make the end receiver believe it is coming from Farmers State Bank. Spoofing is often used to trick customers into giving away valuable personal information so it can be used in fraudulent activity.
Never give out personal information such as account numbers, social security numbers, passwords, login verification passcodes, or other identifying information in response to unexpected calls or if you are at all suspicious. Farmers State Bank will never ask for personally identifying information on a call you have not initiated. If this happens, please hang up and call the bank directly.

Your debit card will work until the last day of the month that it is set to expire. A replacement card will be mailed to your address on file with Farmers State Bank before the card expires.

If you forget your password, select forgot password under the “log in”. Follow the steps to receive a secure access code and create a new password. Please note if your account is locked (three (3) invalid attempts) or your secure access code options are not current you will need to call Your FSB for assistance 719-347-2727

Log-in to your Online banking. Click “Messages” then “Choose a form to Submit”, then click “E-Statement Enrollment”. Fill out the all required fields on the form and “Submit”.
It is a code sent via text message (SMS) or phone call that is on file with Farmers State Bank. These codes are good for one-time use in the system and expire after 15 minutes. The code allows you to register your computer for later use, so you do not have to keep going through this process when you log-in to Online and Mobile Banking.
